Manifest Wellness Coaching and Apothecary is a life coaching service that brings a holistic perspective to the clients we service. Founded by Coach Tatianna who has a background in psychology, neuroscience, and creative writing. She went through trials and overcame many hardships from financial independence at a young age to home insecurity to manifesting her dream reality of living in Philadelphia in less than 4 months. She was able to achieve impossible feats through a change of perspective, discipline, dedication to her dreams, and following the omens.

Mission Statement: Each client that uses our services leaves with a sense of their personal legend (purpose), a higher vibrational mindset, and in the right direction to their desired reality. According to Paul Coelho, The Alchemist, a Personal Legend is “what you have always wanted to accomplish” (23). It is that innocent wish that we always wanted to come true but life or circumstance hinders us from achieving it. High vibrational mindset is more than the mind, it’s a balance of behavior, mentality, and habits. We all have subconscious habits and behaviors that keep us stuck in our current reality through our environments, family thinking, or life experiences.

Meet Coach Tatianna Toussaint

My Story

Before becoming a Transformation Coach, I studied psychology and neuroscience while studying spirituality. By the time I graduated college I was initiated into the Afra-Kemetic legacy that teaches the importance of Maat which is balance, truth, order, harmony, justice, reciprocity, and righteousness. In my services, I reflect on the lessons and training to help my clients find balance and self-care in their life. I thank Spirit for guiding me to my destined points, letting me have those times of stagnation, and giving me people in my life to help keep me on this journey. I want to do the same for you!

I became a Transformation Coach because I have a strong sense of compassion, empathy, and patience, and enjoy working with all kinds of people! By dedicating myself to my goals and taking actionable steps to change my reality, I overcame many hardships from financial independence at a young age to home insecurity to manifesting my dream reality of living in Philadelphia in less than 4 months. I achieved impossible feats through a change of perspective, discipline, and dedication to my dreams. My life has been richly blessed by being able to listen, learn and help others!

Manifest Wellness Coaching is a platform for accessible alternative mental and holistic health care for people seeking clarity, strength, and purpose in their life. I believe that Manifest Wellness Coaching will start small, but like its roots, it will branch into other avenues to help awaken more people about who they truly are.

100%! What happens in our sessions stays in our sessions, just like seeing a therapist.

How long does it typically take to see results?

The time that your coaching process will take depends on the complexity of your goals and your commitment and openness to your process. Whatever you put into the session will be the result that will manifest.
